Sockeye aka Red Salmon are in season during the summer months June to August. Seined in the wild waters of Kodiak Alaska, we firmly believe there is no alternative to the fresh, rich taste of Kodiak Sockeye.
It is classified as an oily fish, high in protein, omega-3 fat, and vitamin D.
Preparations range widely from pan-fried with a delicious brown sugar and mustard glaze to baked with lemon onion and mushrooms. this fish is also excellent when grilled. You can smoke or pickle it, and often it is prepared as sashimi.
Boneless, skinless fillets, packaged and frozen in a vacuum-sealed bag. Custom portioning is available for bulk orders.
Custom orders: We will try our best to accommodate special orders and custom processing, but this may not always be an option based on fishery seasons, time constraints and the weather.
